ALEXIS MAUBOURGUET

Alexis Maubourguet is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of ADAPT IM, a global alternative asset manager specialising in relative value and convexity trading. Previously, he was a Volatility Portfolio Manager at Argentière Capital in Switzerland, where he launched and managed the Relative Value Opportunities fund, and a Portfolio Manager on the Global Emerging Markets and Macro Fund at BTG Pactual in London. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade trading derivatives on the sell side at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank in New York and London. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics and Applied Mathematics from École Polytechnique in Paris, and a master’s degree in Mathematics in Finance from New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.
